Nice bubbles. You can get that for much cheaper by running your tap. This by no means shows you how the technology applies to running a vehicle engine.

If you bother to research joe cell you will know it is not about making HHO. The theory is that this cell passes an invisible, unmeasurable orgon energy which powers the engine. Theory also states in a fully functioning joe cell you can remove the power and the engine will keep running, it will self sustain. While you might get it to produce HHO this is the wrong application for the joe cell. HHO is just an unused by product.
