I had worked for the ITER safety once at Naka site in Japan. What a pity for the Japanese industry, the Iter site was decided at Cadarash. I am praying the successful end of the Iter project. Nuclear fusion is much safer than nuclear fission.

Excuze me, I give not a lesson, but only a constructive opinion for ITER. The electricity is the total of phenomenons produced of the electrical loads in motion or in repose. The electron is not an electrical load, but an elementary particle from the composition of any atom, and is only a particle with intermediate role in the unfolding of the electrical phenomenons. The real electrical load is a particle of electrical ether – of ethereal matter.
